Investor FAQ

This FAQ exists to answer the questions serious investors ask after they understand the architecture. It avoids hype, projections, and speculation by design.

What exactly are you building?​

We are building open infrastructure for user-generated assets.

Not a game. Not a marketplace. Not a creator platform.

OGAL defines ownership and reuse at the protocol level. Tooling makes it usable. OPP enables optional value capture when new value is created.

Applications sit on top. They are consumers, not dependencies.

Is this a platform competing with existing platforms?​

No.

OGAL is explicitly not a platform.

Any platform can integrate OGAL into its private systems while still participating in a shared, open ecosystem. No platform is required to give up UX, branding, users, or business models.

This is a horizontal layer beneath platforms, not another vertical competitor.

Where does value accrue?​

Value accrues around:

  • reusable assets
  • standards
  • tooling adoption
  • execution surfaces built on top

Not around a single app.

Markets, games, and services compete on UX. The protocol remains neutral.

How do you make money?​

Monetization is optional and only activates when new value is created.

  • OGAL itself does not enforce monetization
  • Free reuse is always allowed
  • OPP introduces monetization only when assets are packaged into executable bundles

This ensures adoption is not gated by economics.

Why not bake monetization directly into OGAL?​

Because it would kill adoption.

Ownership and reuse must be neutral to be trusted. Monetization belongs at the composition and execution layer, not the truth layer.

This separation is intentional and non-negotiable.

What is OPP, practically?​

OPP is a packaging protocol.

It bundles OGAL assets plus code, metadata, and rules into executable units. Each package includes a machine-readable SBOM that declares:

  • which assets are included
  • who owns them
  • how revenue should be split if monetization occurs

OPP does not move money. Platforms enforce payments. OPP makes intent auditable.

What is live today?​

  • OGAL is deployed on Solana mainnet
  • OGAL backs a production pipeline
  • Unity tooling exists and is usable
  • Token Toss is live as a reference implementation

This is operational infrastructure, not a whitepaper.

What is still being built?​

  • On-chain OPP execution
  • Tooling polish and UX refinement
  • Indexing and discovery layers
  • Broader platform integrations

These are execution tasks, not architectural unknowns.

Why start with games?​

Because games:

  • move fast
  • expose real economic behavior
  • stress ownership and reuse
  • require runtime reconstruction

If it works in games, it works elsewhere.

Games are the wedge, not the destination.

What does “Beyond” actually mean?​

It means the system is not limited to entertainment.

The same primitives apply to:

  • real-world assets
  • simulations
  • smart cities
  • enterprise coordination
  • long-lived digital infrastructure

No pivot is required to expand. Only new consumers.

How is this defensible?​

Defensibility comes from:

  • canonical asset truth
  • reuse-driven network effects
  • cost compression over time
  • standards that become difficult to replace once adopted

Replacing OGAL would require migrating ownership itself.

What is the biggest risk?​

Execution speed and ecosystem adoption.

Not protocol correctness. Not architectural clarity. Not developer viability.

Those are already proven.

How do you think about timelines?​

We do not publish roadmap dates tied to returns.

Infrastructure compounds through usage, not deadlines. We ship in public and let adoption speak.

Why raise now?​

Because:

  • the core truth layer is live
  • adoption rails exist
  • execution layers are ready to be hardened
  • capital can accelerate feedback, not fund speculation

This is the right moment for aligned capital.

What kind of investors does this fit?​

This fits investors who:

  • understand infrastructure
  • value durability over speed
  • are comfortable with compounding systems
  • do not require hype-driven narratives

It is not designed for short-term speculation.
