Open UGC Docs does not create governance authority, voting rules, upgrade policy, ownership policy, release authority, or public-good commitments. Studio Context may route NanoRes adoption only. Product repositories control their own accepted behavior.

CPF compatibility remains a candidate pending Human acceptance. All governance, authority, auditability, and upgrade claims must be evaluated against CPF and the applicable product source.
