The prior public-mainnet operating playbook is quarantined by this reconciliation candidate. Do not treat this page as authority to install dependencies, use a program identifier, access an RPC endpoint, load a keypair, fund a wallet, mint, update, rotate authority, pause, migrate, or perform any chain operation.

The accepted OGAL source pin is the only protocol source. Mainnet, deployment, production, CLI packaging, shared namespace, program identifiers, operational safety, mint admission, royalty fields, wallet procedure, and partner readiness require separate evidence and Human acceptance.

No credential, wallet, provider, chain, deployment, or production action is authorized.
