Status: RECONCILIATION_CANDIDATE_PENDING_HUMAN_ACCEPTANCE

This page preserves a conditional lifecycle vocabulary without deciding mint admission, rights, licensing, storage, or application behavior.

Possible stages include application creation, optional protocol registration under an accepted mint policy, protocol-state updates under accepted account checks, SPL Token transfer outside OGAL, application consumption, and application-specific retirement.

No stage is permissionless by declaration. Reuse depends on copyright, license, application policy, format support, storage availability, chain state, and other evidence. Token possession does not confer legal ownership or reuse rights. Identity, data, access, attribution, and application support are not guaranteed to be permanent.
