No physical asset, legal title, rights-bearing certificate, registry-of-record, compliance, settlement, custody, or regulatory behavior is established by this documentation.

An accepted OGAL source may describe protocol state only. It cannot represent legal ownership of a physical asset without separate legal and institutional authority. OPP behavior is gated. No building block is claimed live or deployed.

Real-world asset use requires accepted legal, regulatory, product, custody, settlement, security, and operational evidence.
