CPF is the sole governance source. This page does not establish upgrade authority, sequencing, compatibility, ownership preservation, rollback, migration, or release rules.

An accepted product repository controls its own behavior and upgrade surface. Applications decide when to adopt a product version. No upgrade is guaranteed to preserve token state, content, rights, access, storage, application behavior, or economic outcomes.
