This candidate does not decide who may mint, which application may present a mint flow, which fees apply, or whether any deployment is available.

At the accepted OGAL source pin, protocol behavior must be described from the exact instruction and account definitions. Registration does not by itself create copyright, a license, legal title, application entitlement, platform access, gameplay authority, permanent storage, custody, settlement, or economic rights.

Any wallet, application, token-fee, mainnet, provider, supported-tool, or permanence statement requires separate evidence and Human acceptance.
