Does token possession establish copyright or a license?
No. Token possession and protocol state are distinct from copyright, license, legal title, entitlement, platform access, gameplay authority, custody, settlement, and economic rights.
Who may mint?
Mint admission remains unresolved and requires a Human decision plus accepted OGAL source evidence.
Who may update protocol state?
Use only the conditions in the accepted OGAL instruction. Avoid the broader phrase only the owner; the precise signer, token-account, mint, and balance checks control.
Are reuse and attribution automatic?
No. They depend on accepted rights, license, application, storage, format, and policy evidence.
Are revenue or royalties enforced?
No such behavior is accepted. Metadata and candidate value intent are non-enforcing declarations.
