Enterprise coordination is a possible evaluation area, not an accepted deployment or capability.

This candidate does not claim that OGAL defines legal ownership, entitlement, compliance, lifecycle control, auditability, or vendor migration. It does not claim that OPP packages enterprise workflows or that any primitive is live or deployed.

Enterprises retain their own authoritative systems, security, identity, compliance, contracts, data governance, custody, and settlement. Adoption requires product-specific and legal review.
