Data flow

Status: RECONCILIATION_CANDIDATE_PENDING_HUMAN_ACCEPTANCE

A bounded data-flow description is:

1. An application prepares content and policy under its own authority.
2. Mint admission remains a Human gate; this page does not decide who may mint.
3. An accepted OGAL instruction may record protocol state defined by the accepted OGAL source.
4. Off-chain content, storage, availability, and integrity depend on their own systems and evidence.
5. A holder may satisfy the token-account conditions required by an accepted OGAL update instruction.
6. Token transfer uses SPL Token behavior outside OGAL.
7. Applications decide whether to consume content and how to apply access, moderation, gameplay, pricing, custody, and settlement policy.

No step guarantees free reuse, royalties, payouts, permanent storage, universal portability, settlement, or production operation. OPP value intent remains non-enforcing and gated.
